GEELY cars are manufactured by one of China’s biggest car makers the GEELY International corporation. On August 2nd, 2010 in London, Ford officially delivered 100 per cent of Volvo assets to GEELY Holding Group, indicating GEELY’s successful acquisition of Volvo Cars. Thus, GEELY became the very first multinational automaker in China. 

 

Platinum Motors took part in Multi TV’s Auto Fair & Car Show at the Ghana International Trade Fair as a co-sponsor to the program. Platinum Motors featured alongside the EMGRAND EC 7 two other GEELY models i.e. GEELY MK 2 and GEELY LC. 

At the launching of the EMGRAND EC 7 Mr. Ramik (Executive Director of SAMIR ENGINEERING & TRADING CO LTD / Platinum Motors) stated that the EC 7 is an elegant, safe and technologically advanced sedan. It features the highly advanced  Blow-out Motoring & Brake System patented by GEELY. Mr. Ramki also said that PLATINUM MOTORS LTD has brought GEELY cars to Ghana to offer the Ghanaian Market an affordable yet stylish and elegant choice in cars.
